Synopsis

-Analyzing voter data will empower candidates

-Information in voter files include names, addresses, precincts, telephone numbers, and most importantly voter history for registered voters in a given district or county

-Voter history enables candidates to figure out who participates in elections and who doesn’t. This is critical since resources and time is finite.

-During primaries, people can figure out the partisanship of voters. This is another tool that candidates can use during an election.
