Illinois Policy Institute has a saying “Policy Changes Lives.” The necessary precursor to this saying, however, is that people change policy. This new series “People Change Policy” will highlight the selfless efforts of the individuals that go into changing policy for the better in Illinois.
In this first web film we highlight David Pfeifer, Illinois Policy Institute Liberty Leader. David was recently elected to serve on the School Board of Waukegan School District # 60. This short piece describes why he got involved and his vision for the future.
